いつも当店をご愛顧いただきありがとうございます。当日のご予約お問合せが増えておりますため改めてお知らせいたします。

当店は、オーナーセラピスト一名で運営しているサロンです。ベッドは2席ございますが、ご希望の時間帯には1組様のみの受付となります。そのため、ペアの同時施術については、当日のご予約ではお受けできないことがあります。またただいまのところ当日の午前予約は承っておりません。午前中の施術スタートをご希望の方は前日までにお早めにお申し込みください。

ただし、以下のコースは1名のセラピストで対応可能ですので、空きがあれば当日の2名様同時施術も可能です。

   •   ハマム浴&アロマ

   •   ハマム浴&ヘッド

   •   ハマム浴&フェイシャル

なお、アロマトリートメントやフェイシャルなど、セラピストが2名必要なコースの場合は、少なくとも前々日～1週間以上前のご予約をお願いしております。ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

Dear customer,

This salon is operated by one owner therapist. While we have two treatment beds, we can only accept one group at a time for your preferred time slots. Therefore, we may not be able to accommodate simultaneous treatments for pairs on the day of your reservation.

However, the following courses can be handled by one therapist, so if there are available slots, simultaneous treatments for two people on the same day are possible:

– Hammam Bath & Aroma

– Hammam Bath & Head

– Hammam Bath & Facial

For courses such as Aroma Treatment or Facial that require two therapists, we kindly ask that you make a reservation at least one week in advance or at least from the day before. Thank you for your understanding.

万が一お客様のご都合でキャンセルされる場合は、前々日15時までにご連絡いただけますようお願いいたします。これ以降のキャンセルにつきましては、ご予約代金をキャンセル料として申し受けます。当サロンでは、ご予約時間を一組様限定で貸し切りとして確保しておりますため、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
